Task 1 - Estimated mean from grouped data
Watch THIS video on estimating the mean from a grouped frequency table and copy down the example (10 mins)
Complete all four parts of question 2 below. You will need to copy out the table, but leave room to add two more columns (20 mins)

Complete the mathswatch task entitled "Estimated mean from grouped data". If you need more support you can watch the video clip on mathswatch. (10mins)
Task 2 - Drawing cumulative frequency curves
Watch THIS video on drawing cumulative frequency curves and copy down the example. (10 mins)
Copy and complete questions 1 and 2 below. If you have squared paper or graph paper that will make it easier, but if not then lined paper or even plain paper should be ok. (20 mins)
